Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all book orders. Books will shipped from warehouses located in Malaysia. To ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience, please read the following details carefully.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes 
- APO / FPO / DPO addresses 
- Countries with shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier limitations 
 Order Processing and Cutoff Times
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 
- Daily Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 10:00 AM (GMT+8) are processed on the same business day. 
- Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day. 
 Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
 We work with trusted global carriers, including: DHL,FedEx
- Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time within 7–14 business day after order placed. 
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated transit time within 3–7 business day after order placed. 
- Shipping rates start from RM 5, Your final shipping cost is calculated at checkout according to the total order weight and delivery destination . 
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. 
 Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. 
- If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days after placing an order, please contact us at support@zkbookstore.com 
 Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can delay delivery. 
- Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties. 
- In some countries, these fees may need to be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. 
 Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please: - Check with neighbors, building security, or your local postal office. 
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. 
- If the issue is unresolved, contact us immediately. 
 
- If the package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. If the carrier confirms it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or refund.
