At ZK Bookstore, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Period
Please email us at support@zkbookstore.com with your order number and the reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization.
You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All return requests must be approved by our team before sending the item back.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in original condition and original packaging (or in secure protective packaging).

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Full Refunds
We will issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label if the return is due to:

  • Receiving a defective or damaged book

  • Receiving the wrong book

In these cases, ZK Bookstore covers all return shipping costs.

4. Returns for Non-Defective Reasons
If the return is not caused by our error, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Examples include:

  • Lecturer changed the required book

  • Wrong book purchased by the customer

  • Change of mind / no longer needed

  • Item shows signs of use

  • Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

Note: The restocking fee helps cover processing, inspection, and handling costs.

5. Refund Method and Timeline
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Processing times:

PayPal Refunds: 1–3 business days
Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider)

6. Discretionary Returns
If you change your mind, make an accidental purchase, or need to return an item for reasons not listed above, please contact us first at support@zkbookstore.com.
We’ll review your request and assist you with the best possible solution.
